How can I tell what height a tiara is?

As we make each piece individually to order, you can tell us what size you want it to be, i.e. The height and width can all be made to suit your requirements. The majority of designs adapt well to changes. If this is not the case with the item you have ordered, we will let you know.

Will this alter the cost?

Yes, but we will let you know the increased cost before we process your order.

Can I have a different colour to the sample shown?

Yes, the tiara base and wiring are aavailable in either silver or gold, and the components, (crystals, pearls, beading etc.) are abailable in a wide range of colours. We can also colour match if you send us a sample of what you are looking for.

What if I do not like what I have ordered?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your choice, you can return the item providing you contact us within two days and return the item within seven days in the original packaging (Please check our terms and conditions for further details.)
Please note that if the design has been customised, it cannot be returned.

Yes, and the cost would be less. You will be advised of any costs when ordering.

How do I know what colour of veil I need?

You can either send us a swatch of your gown colur and we will match it for you or we will send out samples of the tulle and you can select the shade yourself.
