Payment

Orders can be placed by telephone, post, or online using your credit card or PayPal.

Full payment is required when placing an order.

Please make any cheques payable to Baba-c designs.

Delivery

Orders will be despatched within 28 days of payment.
During busy times, this may take a bit longer. You will be advised should this be the case.

For bespoke items, you will receive notification of the delivery times when placing the order

Urgent orders are possible, please contact us for details.

Postage

U.K. orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Charges - £5.00 plus £1.00 for each additional item thereafter.

International orders will be sent by Royal Mail and signed for.
Charges - £20.00 plus £1.00 for each additional item thereafter.

Postal charges for capes are dependent on design and destination.
We will contact you with details.

Please Note Most packages will require a signature on delivery.
If you are unavailable, the package will be held at the local sorting office.
Recorded delivery items will be held for 7 days.
Special delivery and international are held for 3 weeks.
If items are not collected in this timeframe they are returned to Baba-c designs.

Customs, Excises and Taxes

Please note that you are responsible for your country's customs declarations, duties, excises and taxes. Please be aware of any that apply to you beforehand.

Refunds and Returns

In the unlikely event that your order should reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, you must
contact us within 2 days and return it within 7 days, and in the original packaging.

We offer 100% refund or replacement, providing you contact us immediately either
by phone (0141 636 6848) or
by email (info@baba-c.com).

Please note, bespoke items are non-returnable.
